The second semifinal tie turned out an explosive encounter in both half of regulation tie as Warriors’ offensive- bragging highest tally in the tourney- cracked the Likwenas’ code upfront at will.

Warriors romped to honours thanks to a hat-trick from Mutizwa and a goal from Chawapiwa while Moteband,Potlaone and Koetle scored for Lesotho.

Zimbabwe, with hundreds of supporters behind them, took the lead in the 19th minute from a corner with Mutizwa hammering the ball inside the net for the opener.

Lesotho were forced to make an early subsitution bringing in Sera Motebang for a fading Thapelo Tale in the first half. The move by coach Mpitsa Maria made immediate effect with the subsitute netting from a close range to put Likwenas at par.

Loss of concentration by Lesotho then costed them in last three minutes of the first stanza as Mutizwa got his second after collecting the ball way back in the midfield to strike in a lovely style.

A minute before the break Talent Chapiwa extended the lead from a quick turn of speed to take advantage of the dissorganized defence before driving a low shot to make it 3-1.

The beggining of second half was much balanced with Lesotho though looking the sharper side and had to wait until the last ten minutes of the game Mabhuti Potloane finished off a weeping pass to make it 3-2.

Within a minute after goal celebrations, their morale boost was cut shot when Mutizwa gain proved to be on of the best players in the tournament when he sloted in for a hat trick.

Lesotho were awarded a penalty in last minute of the game with Tsooanelo Koetle calmly sloting it in,but it was too late for Dikwenas to level the matters.
