Defending Champions Kenya, Uganda, Burundi and Djibouti are set to square it out in Group B. The last group has 2013 runners up Sudan, Rwanda, Zanzibar and new comers South Sudan.
Guest the Chipolopolo of Zambia join Tanzania, Somalia and the hosts Ethiopia in group A whereas Group A: Ethiopia, Zambia, Tanzania, Somalia
