A silver lining seems to be in the horizon for Mighty Gor Mahia if signals being sent out are anything to go by Soka25east.com can confirm
After three years without a sponsor after Brookside pulled out of their sponsorship for reasons only known to them leaving the club vulnerable, Kogalo are on the verge of getting another sponsor just before the league commences in February Gor Mahia’s chairman Ambrose Rachier told Soka25east.com
However Rachier declined to give further details afraid to jeopardize the deal “Things are looking good after so much suffering we are in high levels talks and we might be getting a sponsor before the league commences in February. However I cannot reveal the name of the company we are talking to lets just wait for the official announcement when the deal is finalized”Rachier told Soka25east.com
Gor Mahia had a splendid performance in the 2015 season despite being weighed down heavily by financial problems the club faced as they won the league three times in a row despite the woes facing them with the most notable being the lack of a sponsor.
In 2015 Keroche Breweries were heavily linked with Gor Mahia having posted something on social media which implied they could be taking over the sponsorship of the club. This would be timely and would serve both parties very well as the Tabitha Karanja firm would gain lots of positive exposure and gain a good chunk of new consumers from the club’s tremendous fan base who have remained not only the best in the country but in the entire region.
