New Kenya’s U-20 coach John Kamau has named a 31 man team that will begin preparations for the forthcoming 2017 U-20 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Sudan to be played in April 2nd in Khartoum.
Football Kenya federation has appointed Hezbon Nyabinge who will deputize Kamau on the bench while former Kenyan international Willis Ochieng has been appointed as goalkeeper trainer.
The last time the KenyaU-20 were in action was in 2012 where they were bundled out by their Egyptian counterpart on a 3-0 goal aggregate.The Kenyans put up a gallant show by holding the Pharaoh’s
to a barren draw in Cairo but went into pieces in the return leg tie
staged at Nyayo National Stadium where they fell 3-0.
