Four officials from Kenya and one from Tanzania will handle Uganda versus Rwanda U-20 Nations Cup Qualifier return leg match scheduled for Saturday 23 at the Nelson Mandela Stadium, Namboole.
All the four countries involved in the tie are neighbors and members of the East Africa Community trading/political block.
Israel Lemaiyan Mpaima will be the center ref and he will be assisted by Gilbert Cheruiyot and Joshua Achila and first and second assistants respectively. Anthony Ongwayo will be the reserve referee.
Tanzanian Afred Rwiza Kishongole will serve as the match commissioner.
Uganda goes into this tie slightly advantaged after forcing a 1-1 draw in the first stanza played in Kigali in March. A barren draw on a win will be enough to see them through to the next phase.
Zambia hosts the junior championship next year, 2017.
Gate Charges; VIP – 20,000/-, RUSSIA – 10,000/-
Kick off – 4PM
