Sport Pesa Super 8 Premier League first day of week 17 on Saturday saw a whopping 15 goals being scored.

Of the 15,12 belonged to Jericho All Stars and TUK who put six a piece past their hapless opponents.

Jericho All Stars 6-0 Shamako Babes

The East Conference giants expectedly thumped strugglers Shamako 6-0 to move three points clear at the helm of the log on 36 points.

TUK 6-2 Baba Dogo United

TUK annihilated Baba 6-2 to keep tabs with the league leaders at second position on 33 points. The win was TUK’s second on the bounce, building on last weekend’s 3-1 drubbing of Kiamaiko.

Baba are 17th on the log with 17 points.

Steve Odhiambo grabbed the third hat trick of the day, Evans Otieno a brace and Mwagoi a goal to complete the convincing win.

Baba managed to pull two back through John Mark and Francis Ogawa.

Kiamaiko City 1-0 Metro Sports

Metro’s downward spiral persisted on the day when they fell 1-0 to minnows Kiamaiko. Metro drops to sixth with 27 points as they continue drop out of the title race.
