The world football governing body FIFA have released new rankings ahead of the 2018 World cup qualifiers African Zone draws on Friday.
Egypt who lodged a formal complaint to express their unsatisfactory for being in pot 2 after the earlier famous special rankings,are now in pot 1 of top seeds.
Top five ranked teams in Africa: Algeria,Cote d’ivoire,Ghana,Egypt and Senegal are in pot 1.
Tunisia were relegated in pot 2 with Morocco,Congo Brazzaville, DR Congo and Cameroon.
Pot 3 occupies Cape Verde,Nigeria,South Africa,Mali and Guinea.
Zambia alongside Burkina Faso,Libya,Gabon and Uganda expects a tough draw against the top seeds after being put in pot 4.
