Kamel Djabour’s second stint as Stade Malien coach comes to an end.

The elimination of the Club in continental football led Djabour’s decision to leave.

Stade Malien were bundled out of the 2016 CAF Champions league after loosing to Zesco United 5-2 on aggregate before being relegated into the Confederation Cup were they lost to FUS Rabat 4-0 on aggregate.

Djibril Dame who led Stade Malien to their 2009 CAF Confederation Cup triumph is the favourite to be Djamel’s successor.

The French born Algerian coach’s first stint started in November 2010 and ended in September 2011.His return saw him helping the club secure the 2015 Domestic league title.
