Harambee Stars Head Coach Stanley Okumbi has released a long list of 40 for two matches ahead.
The Kenyan men will on August 31 lock horns with rivals and neighbors Uganda in a “Migingo Derby” warm up in Kampala before crossing swords with Chipolopolo of Zambia away in the last round of AFCON 2017 qualifiers on September 3.
New faces in list includes; Josh Lenan of Plymouth Argyle F.C and Jonah Ayunga Brighton and Hove Albion F.C both of England.
Gor Mahia’s winger Baron Oketch, Chemelil Sugar FC midfielder Victor Majid and AFC Leopards budding winger have also earned a spot each in the squad.
The team is expected in camp starting August 15 at Kasarani with the foreign legion of Captain Victor Wanyama, Michael Olunga, Ayub Timbe among others linking up with the rest of the squad days to the matches as allowed by FIFA.
