On the day of Community Shield last Sunday between Leicester and Manchester United, Manchester United Ethiopian Fans planned and implemented a get together to celebrate the day.
More than 650 fans participated.The celebration was a huge success, more than expected and was unforgettable seeing all fans wearing the red Man United replica jerseys.
On that significant event the group promoted different social activities and the main one was to support Gergesenon Elderly and Mentally disabled people Association.
Gergesenon is a non profit association for elderly and mentally disabled people aiming at alleviating the plight of distitute elderly people and mentally disable.
The association help provide them with food,housing,clothig,medical care among others.
The Second social activity was to distribute stationery materials to destitute children ahead of September when schools open. Machester united Ethiopian Fans did all this on Sunday.
