The reigning Burundi’s Primus league champions Vital’O have released a squad of 27 for the new season.
14 new faces have been drafted into the Coach Hans Michael’s team, including Bigirimana Floribert from Ajax Cape Town South Africa and Nimubona Emery Kadogo (Simba SC – Tanzania).
Notable missing face is the danger man, Laudit Mavugo who crossed over to former Tanzania champions Simba SC.
The team will be captained by Nzigamasabo Styve.
The CAF Champions League representatives will kick off the new season with a curtain raiser against rivals Messenger Ngozi on Saturday, September 10 at Prince Louis Stadium in the Super Cup will a chance to lift the first silverware.
