Kenyan International defender David Odhiambo Owino scored the only goal of the match in the 37th minute ending a three match winless streak against Forest Forest Rangers. This was a perfect revenge for the super league defending Champions having lost 1-0 nil in the reverse fixture courtesy of a Felix Nyaende Goal.
Zesco United have now moved to 40 points and a step up on the log from 5th to 4th place.
Their next opponents are bottom placed Mufulira Blackpool away in mufurila on sunday.
