Ugandan midfielder Mwanje Samuels is in line for his 22nd league game for Thika United as he has been named for an upcoming Kenyan Premier League game away aganist Posta Rangers at Ruaraka grounds, on Sunday 11 September 2016.
Mwanje who is in search of his next goal in the league has been named by coach James Nadwa to start the game alongside the clubs second top scorer Raymond Omondi as well as Patrick Otieno in the absence of leading scorer Eugene Mukangula who got suspended after receiving two yellow cards.
Joel Tata will skipper the side that will also see Meja,Nyaberi , Ngotho ,Luvutsi ,Luda all start.
During the last league games played a fortnight ago , Mwaje who has made two assist was denied his second goal of the season when his one time volley rattled off the crossbar in a home game against Bandari in a match that both team drew 1-1.
Going into the game, Posta Rangers is placed seventh position on the 16 team log with 33 points while Thika United having 23 points occupying a dangerous thirteenth position on the log.
Posta Rangers start as firm favourites to pick all three points on offer considering the team has collected 18 points at home form their past games. Thika United has a wanting away record as the team has collected a minimal four points in eight attempts.
