Harambee Stars head coach Stanley Okumbi has named a provisional 39 man squad to begin preparation for the international friendly against DR Congo slated for Tuesday 4 October in Kinshasa.
Among the notable inclusions include keeper James Saruni from Ulinzi,Fredrick “Uche”Onyango of Sony Sugar,Vihiga United defender Bernard Ochieng as well as Kakamega Homeboyz player Charles Momanyi.
Also recalled to the team is Rama Salim who plies his trade in Slovakia as well as Greek based Paul Were who make a return to the team.
The local based players report to camp on Monday 19th and will be joined by the foreign based players led by skipper Victor Wanyama.
