The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) has issued a a statement advising Zambia national football team supporters and the public in general that only patrons with valid tickets or credentials will be allowed into the stadium.
This follows news that has been making rounds on social media that President Edgar Chagwa Lungu and the Government had bought a certain number of tickets which would have. Meant free entry [Atleast in certain sections] for tomorrows game.
Football house has categorically started that no one would be allowed entry into Levy Mwanawasa Stadium without a valid Ticket or accreditation.
Here is the Full Statement :
“NO FREE ENTRY FOR ZAMBIA VS NIGERIA 2018 FIFA WORLD CUP RUSSIA QUALIFICATION MATCH
The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) hereby advises Zambia national football team supporters and the public in general that only patrons with valid tickets or credentials will be allowed into the stadium.
Match Organising Committee Members, Security officers and Match Day Ushers will not allow entry into the stadium to individuals or groups without valid tickets or credentials.
Please take this as FAZ official notification.”
