Tanzania Taifa Stars team that will face off with Zimbabwe’s Warriors in the Saturday 12 November international friendly match at the National Stadium in Harare has been named.
Belgium based star Mbwana Samatta who turns out for KRC Genk is the only professional in the side.
Coach Charles Boniface Mkwasa also picked Ndanda FC’s Omar Mponda and Ruvu Shootings winger Abdulrahaman Mussa.
JKT Ruvu’s Michael Aidum makes a return to the squad to replace injured Juma Kapombe.Unattached Thomas Ulimwengu formely of TP Mazembe has also been included.
Tanzania international friendly tie is part of Zimbabwe preparation for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) finals in Gabon next year while Taifa Stars will be using the tie to keep fit their squad.
