Mamelodi Sundowns number one custodian Denis Masinde Onyango has singled out KCCA striker Geofrey Sserunkuma as the toughest striker he has ever faced in his football career.

“I have faced a lot of sharp strikers in my career but Geofrey Sserunkuma is unpredictable, it’s hard to tame him for the entire 90 minutes,” the 2016 CAF Champions League winner said in an interview.

“Until the match is over that is when you calm down. Another striker who comes closer to him is maybe Omotoyosi of Benin,” Onyango added.

Geofrey Sserunkuma is the current Azam Uganda premier league leading scorer with seven goals, and is one of the forwards Uganda Cranes head coach Milutin “Micho” Sredojovic will look upto when they battle Congo Brazaville in 2018 World Cup qualifier at Mandela national stadium, Namboole, Saturday, November 12.
