On form Wydad Casablanca forward William Jebor and Mamelodi Sundowns’ winger Anthony Laffor are among six foreign based pros summoned for Kenya friendly at Kasarani, Nairobi, Tuesday, November 15, 2016.

Jebor, 25, has netted four times in seven games for the “Botola” giants, who are currently perched top of the Morocco’s premier league standings with 19 points, and are yet to taste defeat.

He scored 64th minute winner in 2-1 triumph over Moghreb Tetouan, Tuesday, November 1, and started in 1-0 win away to KAC Kenitra, Tuesday 5.

The dreadlocked striker who is on loan from Portuguese “Premeira Liga” side Rio Ave F.C has enjoyed a superb first year with the “Rouges et Blancs” and was a key figure in their campaign in the African Champions League where they reached semis.

Laffor guided “the Brazilians” to maiden Champions League glory – beating Egyptian giants Zamalek 3-1 aggregate to lift this year’s crown. He scored the second goal in the South African’s 3-0 win in the final first leg played on October 15, 2016 at Lucas Moripe stadium, Pretoria.

The 31-year old joined the Patrice Motsepe owned outfit in 2012, and has bagged South Africa’s Premier Soccer League title twice.

Liberia’s “Lone Star” coach James Salinsa Debbah is also expected to cap three new call-ups: Spain-born 24-year-old right back Joel Johnson of Charlotte Independence in America, former Manchester City striker Alex Nimely, who currently plays for FC Viitrul Constanta in Romania and Brazilian-born 19-year-old goalkeeper Boison Wynney de Souza who plays for CD Olimpic de Xativa in Spain’s third division.

The six will link up with the rest of the squad (29 home-based pros) in Nairobi before the Saturday warm-up. The team has been training at Antoinette Tubman stadium, Monrovia, and will leave for the East African country Friday, November 11, 2016.

Meanwhile, Kenyan officials will handle the game, they are; Davis Omweno (center ref), 1st assistant Tony Kidia, 2nd assistant Oliver Ouma and fourth referee Anthony Ongwayo. The match commissioner is Juma Kalume.
