Paul Nkata’s Tuskers FC lost 3-2 to KCCA FC in a friendly played at Phillip Omondi Stadium in Kampala.

A late strike from Muzamir Mutyaba’s curling free-kick was all the hosts needed to secure a win aganist the newly crowned Kenya Premier League Champions.

The hosts dictated play in the first fifteen minutes with KCCA striker, Godfrey Sserunkuma causing a few problems for the Brewer’s defence.

KCCA squandered a chance to break the deadlock in the 15th minute when Ochaya blasted over from six-yards out, after being teed up by Sserunkuma.

Paul Nkata’s men were pegged back in their own half for most of the opening half, although the Tusker defence thwarted the hosts’ every attack.

Tusker started seeing more of the ball almost near half hour mark, although their final ball was not up to par.

However, the home side broke the deadlock in the 27th minute as Nsimbabi had a nisprung the offside trap, before rounding a defender to slot into an empty net.

KCCA doubled their advantage in the 40th minute Joseph Ochaya placed his effort on the mark with beating Tusker goalie.

However, Antony Ndolo made up for the miss a minute later when he pulled a goal at the stroke of half time from KCCA defensive errors.

In second half, Tusker made several changes that made impact disrupting the Kasasiro Boys style of play making their defence tense.That was evidence in 64th minute when Awany handled the ball in the 18-yard area for Stephen Owusu to step out for an equalizer from penalty spot to level the matters.

The Kasasiro boys then went ahead in the 90+2th minute when Mutyaba secured the win with a curling freekick to the delight of a well packed Phillip Omondi Stadium.
