One of the leading candidates for the race of the chairman position at East Africa’s biggest club Gor Mahia Ambrose Dickens Otieno Rachier has stated that of he wins the elections he could be serving his last term
Speaking to soka25east at the venue of the elections, the renowned lawyer said he still has unfinished business with Gor and refuted claims that he is too old for Gor Mahia
“This is probably my last chance as the Chairman of Gor Mahia, I know the media have always referred to me as Mugabe but I know I still have a lot in store for Gor Mahia. I still have unfinished business that I would want to complete. ”
He said one of the priorities is getting a stadium.
“The challenge we have had is that the former Chairman misplaced the title deed on his trip to the US and we have been followingthe case. We will however be forced to look for land elsewhere ”
Rachier is facing a stiff challenge for the top position from Dan Oketch and former Secretary General Chris Omondi
