In a bid to survive relegation, Azam Uganda Premier League side Police FC have acquired five players on loan from defending champions Kampala Capital City Authority Football Club.

The acquired players are defenders Martin Mpuuga, Brian Ochwo, Paul Willa, Yasir Mugume and Hakim “Lei” Senkumba.

Mpuuga, Ochwo and Senkumba spent the first round at the Lugogo based side but with limited playing time while Mugume and Willa were on loan at Lweza FC and Maroons respectively.

Police FC who won the league in 2005 finished the first round in 13th position accumulating 14 points from the fifteen matches they played.

New coach Abdullah Mubiru highly hopes the acquired players will be of great value in the teams attempt to survive relegation as they bring experience into the team.
