Guinea Bissau coach Baciro Cande has named the team that will take on Gabon in a 2017 Africa Cup of Nations match which will be played at the Stade de Amitie Stadium from 1900h.

As expected, Salgueiros goalkeeper Jonas Mendes will be in goal.
In defence, the Cande has picked Lechia Gdansk’s Rudinislon Silva to partner Sporting Covilha’s Augostinho Soares in central defence . The two will be flanked by Thomas Ndabo at leftback and Juari Marinho at rightback.

At the midfield will be Nanisio Suarez with Jose Lopez Zezinho start on the left wing whereas Francisio Santos will be relied to provide crosses from the right wing. In central midfield, Nanisio Mendez will partner Abel Camara and Tony Sa Brito as Joao Mario starts as a lone striker.
