Anderlecht full back Frank Acheampong will start at the back for Ghana against Mali at Stade d’ Port-Gentil in Gabon.

Acheampong will partner Harrison Aful in Black Star’s second Group D match at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday night 1900hrs East Africa Time.

The match will be the first one for today with Uganda facing Egypt later in the night.Forward Asamoah Gyan will captain the team.

Coach Avran Grant has excluded left full back Baba Rahman who sustained injury aganist Uganda and was ruled out of the competition.
