APR head coach Jimmy Mulisa is hopeful of a better start in the 2017 CAF Champions league against Zanaco.
The ambitious Mulisa, has made the group stages his ultimate goal–something, which is going to make him the first coach to inspire a Rwandan outfit to greater heights in continental football.
For staters, a positive start in Lusaka, at Sunset Stadium, is obvious in order for Mulisa to meet his target.
In a conversation on Twitter, the APR manager, said he’s going to Zambia to get a positive result.
“We’re preparing well and looking forward coming to Zambia and getting a good result”, Mulisa said.
The Army side, missed on top of the table opportunity after sharing the spoils with Bugesera, something which left him disappointed.
“Totally disappointed with yesterday’s result # [against] Bugesera, missing out on topping the table! Terrible pitch but we looking forward#HERO’S DAY!!”, Mulisa posted on his Twitter handle.
2016 Zambia Super league winners, Zanaco play host to APR in the opening leg of the 2017 Total CAF Champions league preliminar rounds, on the weekend of 10-12, at Sunset Stadium in Lusaka.
