Aspire Academy midfielder,Messi Agege was one of the big misses as Kenya U-20 team coach, John Kamau, named his final list of players for the upcoming friendly matches aganist Senegal.
The teenage striker cum midfielder is said to have failed to join the camp due to personal reasons hence was not included in final 19-man squad list that has now been submitted.
Another high profile name missing in the squad Musa Masika, who was omitted, as his availability couldn’t be guaranteed.
Also, surprisingly left out of the list is Bandari Youth’s goalkeeper Ahmed Musa Omar .The goalkeper had been a part of the team from the onset and his omission comes as another surprise.
The squad is set to travel on Wednesday 8th February ahead of two friendlies aganist the hosts slated for Friday 10 and Sunday 12 February in Dakar.
