The Betway Talent Search winners are set to travel today for London where they will spend few weeks at the West Ham United.

The lucky winners who were announced in November, Mark Nthiwa, a 20 year-old from Githurai, Nairobi, and Moses Gitau, a 21 year-old from Shanzu, Mombasa are scheduled to train,watch and rub shoulders with the mighty West Ham United squad.

Betway Talent Search, an intiative of the Betway betting company was aimed at improving football talent in Kenya.The duo was choosen from top 16 players who sought to demonstrate their skill.

Nthiwa is an upcoming goalkeeper who got the slot due to his exceptional skill at the goalpost.

For Gitau he is an attacking midfielder and was noted for his precision and playmaking skills.

Both players were selected by a panel that included Francis Kimanzi, Mathare United Coach, Josh Ewans, West Ham United Technical Football Coach and Adam Crossley, Sports Scientist and Training Analyst for West Ham United first team.
