2017 SportPesa Kenya Premier League which was to start tomorrow has been stopped through court order,soka25east reveals.

In a case listing Sofapaka as the applicant against the Kenya Premier League Limited the court order states that Olga Sewe of the High Court has ordered that the kickoff be put on hold until a case pitting the parties is heard on Wednesday 15 March.

In the application, apparently filed on Friday 10 March 2017 and listed as Civil Suit No. 103 of 2017 and with a supporting affidavit from the Sofapaka FC,Justcice Tuiyott is pointed to have certified the application as urgent, putting on hold the organizing of the scheduled kickoff.
