Sierra Leone’s Republic of Sierra Leone Army Forces (RSLAF) FC have withdrawn from the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Confederations Cup ahead of their first round return leg match against Club Africain of Tunisia.

RSLAF pulled out after officially communicating the decision to CAF.

The move has proved costly with the Sierra Leone FA being fined USD 10, 000 by the continental football body.

RSLAF were walloped 9-1 by the Tunisian giants in the first leg played at Rades Stadium on Sunday.
