Proline FC director Mujib Kasule, has joined a growing list of many in the football fraternity who are questioning the selection policy of current boss Multin Micho Sredojevic.
After naming his squad on March 20 for the upcoming friendly match away to Kenya on Thursday,Micho was met with critism with some saying that the selection was not made on merit.
“The selection of players left a lot to be desired, some players were not chosen on merit and for us to prosper in that front, we need to change.
“We have a great player Gift Ali and the Cranes techinical team has continuously ignored him and we think it is not fair.He has been playing well and improves game by game.
“I am really disappointed but as Proline we believe in him and we shall continue working with him until maybe when one day someone will recognise him,”he said.
The former FUFA vice president was however pleased by the call up given to some other two of his club players, Savio Kabugo and Nelson Senkatuka who have helped Proline perform better this season.
“I am pleased with Savio being recalled. He has been working hard and deserved to be in the senior cranes side,”he added.
Mujib was speaking at the Phillip Omondi Stadium after the CAF champions league clash piting KCCA FC aganist Mamelondi Sundowns.
