As World cup qualifiers are close at hand
The Zambia National Team is scheduled to play Tanzania National team in an international friendly on the weekend of 24/25th March 2017 in Tanzania.
According to a communique from Football House to clubs a total of 25 local based players have been summoned to camp in preparation of the friendly.
The players are 6 from ZESCO United, 4 from ZANACO, 4 from Power Dynamos, 2 from Nkana, 3 from Green Buffaloes, 3 from NAPSA, 1 from Lusaka Dynamos, 1 from Nkwazi and 1 from Zamcoal Diggers.
It will be refreshing to have Siambombe Makabanga join the national team especially coming the once formidable side in Zamcoal Diggers FC. Its a memorable club that featured prominently on Zambian scene back in the day.
