Uganda coach Milutin “Micho” Sredojevic has revealed a detailed technical roadmap to Cape Verde clash in the 2019 African Cup of Nations qualifiers next month.

The 2017 Gabon AFCON qualifiers are placed in group “L” of the 2019 Cameroon campaign alongside Cape Verde, Tanzania and Lesotho, and will start away to “the Blue Sharks” in Praia on 10/11th June 2017.

In readiness for the tie, the Cranes will start nonresidential training in Kampala Uganda from 22nd to 26th May 2017.

They will then proceed for a regional tour of Kitara to Fort Portal from 27th to 28th May, where they will play a friendly match against a regional select team.

The team will return to Kampala for a residential camp from 29th to 31st May, before embarking on Ethiopia camp from 1st to 4th June.

While in Ethiopia, the Cranes will play the Walia Ibex in an international friendly on 3rd June in the capital Addis Ababa, before flying to Dakar, Senegal for a further four-day camp and a warm-up against the hosts’ Teranga Lions of 5th June.

The team will then depart for Praia, Cape Verde on 9th June for the match scheduled for 10/11th June.
