Ethiopian National Team coach Yohannes Sahle announced his final 24 man squad that did not include most of the foreign based players who featured in the 2015 Afcon campaigns.
Among the players missing from his squad include Sudan based Addis Hintsa,Sweden based Walid Atta,Getaneh Kebede who plies his trade at Bidvest Wits in the PSL and Amin Askar .
Top striker Salhadin Said is expected next Tuesday after playing in the CAF Confederation cup play off where his team Al Ahly will face off with Tunisia.Meanwhile Egypt based duo of Shemeles Bekele and Oumed Oukri were expected to link up with the team before the weekend in preparations for the Zambia friendly and Africa Cup of Nations qualifier.
