Ghana national team,the Black Stars will depart Accra for United States of America on Friday.
Stars are expected to play in two international friendly matches against Mexico on Sunday June 29 at Houston Dyano Park before battling with the United States three days later, and the Ghana contingent is expected to leave the country on Friday.
Speaking to press, head coach, Kwesi Appiah confirmed that they are expecting to fly out with 21 players whom have been in training camp from Monday.
“We will hopefully leave on Friday evening, but we are still waiting for official communication confirming the same,” said Appiah.
Appiah will be hoping the team registers good results in the matches. Ghana last match was an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier where they thrashed Ethiopia 5-0 two weeks ago.
