RB Leipzig midfielder Naby Keita says it would be nice to move to one of big club and would appear to prefer a move to Manchester City.
The 22-year-old Guinea international revealed in a interview with Die Welt a German newspaper.
Keita, has become Jurgen Klopp’s target for the summer widow, with Livepool ready to pay £50 million for the midfielder signature.
“I love Leipzig, and I will never forget this city,”Keita told Welt.
“I hope, however, that I have the level in two, three years and could play for one of the very big clubs.
“This includes Barcelona, but it also includes Real Madrid or Manchester City.”
Keita has been the breakout star from RB Leipzig’s incredible fairytale campaign,he is energetic, explosive and combative since joining from France.
He breaks up play as effectively as the Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante while courageously launching himself into tackles like Gueye.
But perhaps it is his remarkable goalscoring prowess that gives the Guinea international an edge over both.
Last season he racked up eight goals and seven assists. Liverpool is allegedly chasing the 22-year-old and we hope the deal eventually goes through.
