KCCA FC forward Geoffrey Sserunkuma will wear the national captain’s armband as Uganda Cranes line-up aganist South Sudan’s Bright Star on Friday during a 2018 African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifier first round,first leg tie to be played at Juba Stadium.

Sserunkuma will be assisted by Vipers SC defender Nico Wadada and SC Villa’s Bernard Muwanga.

Vipers SC goalkeeper Isma Watenga has been drafted into the squad and could start ahead of Keni Saidi in the absence of regular Benjamin Ochan.
