Days prior to their final day of the 2018 World Cup qualifier match against the Uganda Cranes, Red Devils are scheduled to face Benin’s Squirrels in a friendly match in Brazzaville.
According to FECOFOOT President Jean-Michele M’Bono, Benin’s federation requested for the friendly match since they will are not be having official match for rest of the year.
“The Benin Federation has requested to play with us and we have agreed.The match will be played on November 8 ,” M’Bono said on Friday morning.
M’Bono further said that Benin had requested the friendly because of the national team’s great performance against Egypt several weeks ago.
Red Devils will be facing the Cranes in a dead rubber on November 12th as part of the final day of the 2018 World Cup qualifier.
Already Congo national team headcoach Sebastien Migne has named a list of the 23 players who will take part in the two meetings.
