Ugandan striker Hood Kaweesa has joined Zambian Super League side Buildcon FC on a three-year deal, his former club Police FC has disclosed.
“Striker Hood Kaweesa has completed a move to ZSL side Buildcon FC.
“We thank him for the services and wish him all the best,” the club said.
Kaweesa finished the first part of the Ugandan Premier League as joint top scorer with seven goals.
He was part of Uganda Cranes team that finished third at this year’s regional CECAFA Senior Challenge in Kenya.
Buidcon is home to another Ugandan striker Geoffrey Sserunkuma who joined the club mid last season from KCCA.
