Cape Town City have parted ways with Harambee Stars striker Masoud Juma.
The Citizens has officially parted ways with Masoud Juma after a single season at the club.He joined Cape Town based outfit in January 2018 from Kariobangi Sharks.
The striker struggled for game time at City since joining the club having made only four starts for City during the course of last season and having spent some time playing for the club Multichoice Diski Challenge side before Kenyan was released
Juma has had his contract cancelled to allow new goalkeeping signing Peter Leeuwenberg to take up one of the five places reserved for foreign players.
The club had to make a choice between the 22 year old Kenyan and Ugandan international Allan Katerrega who they have decided to keep.
Juma who was the Sportspesa sponsored Kenyan Premier League top goal scorer during the 2017 KPL campaign with 17 goals was inching towards a move to Supersport United before joining Cape Town City,he also had unsuccessful trial with Bidvest Wits last year.
