Clarence Seedorf started the Young Ajax Amsterdam goalkeeper Andre Onana in goal with Choupo-Moting, Toko and Christian Bassogog leading the front.
Guinea-Bissau goalkeeper Mendes had an outstanding shift making some brilliant saves in the game.
There were no goals in the first 45 minutes but it was Cameroon who took the lead in the 66th minute through Yaya Banana’s header before substitute Stephane Bahoken added a second in the 69th minute.
Cameroon dominant in every aspect of the game, having more possession and more shots than Guinea-Bissau.
