The Egyptian Football Association appointed former Ahly player and coach Hossam El-Badry as Egypt’s national team manager on Thursday.
According to a statement on the EFA website on Thursday, the 59-year-old will succeed Mexican coach Javier Aguirre, who was sacked last July following the Pharaohs’ shock elimination from the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations round of 16 held at home.
