Ghana U17 women eased past Liberia U17 women in the final match of the juniors world cup qualifiers in a 2-0 win on Sunday at the Antoinette Tubman Staium.
Ophelia Serwaa Amponsah and Salamatu Abdulai’s strikes were enough to seal first round first leg victory in foreign grounds, Monrovia.
The winner over the two legs will face either Guinea or Nigeria for a ticket to India where the tournament will be played later this year.
