Zanaco Football Club have announce the signing of its former player Chisamba Lungu.
The bankers have moved swiftly to sign the 2012 Afcon winner after he left Nkana Football as a free agent.
Zanaco have confirmed thatLungu, has penned a two year contract with the Lusaka based club which will keep him at Sunset Stadium until 2022.
The player who left Zanaco in 2008 to join Georgia’s FC Baia Zugdidi just after a single season makes his return after 12 years.
The Club General Manager Mr.Marlon Kananda tells Zanaco Media that Chisamba’s arrival is a valuable signing for the club.
“Lungu is an experienced player and him coming on board will motivate the young players. There will be more competition among the players which is what we want.
“Lungu is an exciting player to watch and I am confident that he will add value to the team and deliver.” Kananda said.
