The Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon have jetted off to Antalya, Turkey for their re-scheduled inter-continental Olympic play-off against Chile scheduled for April 10 and 13.
Head coach Alan Djeumfa named a squad of 25 players for the two legged tie which will be played at a neutral venue at the Arslan Zeki Demirci Stadium.
Atletico de Madrid’s Ajara Njoya Nchout, CSKA Moscow’s Gabrielle Oungene and Raissa Feudjo headline the travelling party.
Cameroon missed out on a direct qualification slot after it lost to Zambia in the fifth and final round of the CAF Olympic Qualifiers. The Copper Queens qualified on an away goal rule (4-4) after a 2-1 victory in Lusaka and a 3-2 win away.
Alan Djeumfa will be hoping to take his charges back to the Olympics since London 2012 as Chile look to book a first ever ticket to the Summer games.
