Tanzania Football Federation(TFF) have handed Mbeya City defender Juma Nyoso a stiff penalty banning him for 2 years in addition to a Tsh 2 million fine for indecent behaviour in which he was captured poking the backside of Azam captain John Bocco causing hue and cry from fans and football stakeholders.
In a shameful occurence at the Azam’s Chamanzi grounds The embattled central defender was caught by cameras sticking his middle finger up the backside of Bocco during Azam’s 2-1 victory over his Mbeya City side at the weekend. It is the third time Nyoso is involved in such shameful incident after previously been found guilty of humiliating Simba striker, Elius Maguri during a league match on January 28.
He was then slapped with an eight match ban after he confessed and regretted his actions before the (TFF) Disciplinary Committees. Commenting on Sunday’s incident, TFF President Jamal Malinzi, expressed his dismay terming the action from the player shameful and a big embarrassment to football .
“We saw the humiliation caused on Sunday by one player of Premier League club, stern measures will be taken soon, let’s be patient,” Malinzi said on his twitter account.
