ZPC Kariba’s Raphael Manuvire is closely in second place with 9 goals followed by Obrey Chirwa and brian Muzondiwa both of FC Platinum on eight goals.Also on eight goals is Tinei Chitora of Chapungu .
Michelle Katsvairo of chicken inn,Ronald Chitiyo of Dynamos,Walter Musona of FC Platinum,Limited Chikafa of How Mine,Lameck Nhamo and Hillary Bakacheza both of Triangle have all six goals a piece.
Meanwhile,Zimbabwe National team coach Calisto Pasuwa has urged his boys to remain focused during their crucial encounter against Lesotho.
Zimbabwe host Lesotho at Babourfields Stadium in the first leg of the final qualifier for CHAN on Sunday.
‘We need to be totally focused from the very first minute,we don’t want a repeat of what happened during the Guinea match’ said Pasuwa.
Washington Arubi conceded a howler moments after the start in the match against Guinea last month in the AFCON qualifier.
We are playing at home,infront of our supporters,we need to keep our shape and once we do that,our opponents might find it difficult to score,we will not concede’ Pasuwa added.
