Kampala City Council Authority (KCCA FC) have confirmed the signing of midfielder Bright Bright Anukani from Proline FC.
The midfielder was unveiled as a KCCA player on Sunday, becoming the fifth signing for the club.
“I am very pleased to join my dream team KCCA FC. This is the perfect step in the right direction for me and I am here to give my best,” Anukani told the club’s website.
“I am looking forward to every moment with such a fantastic and historic club. I cannot wait to start working with the coaches, players and every one at the club.”
Anukani believes he will have no trouble adjusting into his new surroundings.
“I have a number of friends at KCCA FC and players I have played with before at Proline and others at the National Team. I am quite sure I will fit in easily.
“I want to help the team achieve its targets for this season and also grow as a player. There is no better environment for me to develop better ad a player than here.
The 19-year-old player has joined other new signings Charles Lwanga, Ashraf Mugume, Stefano Mazengo Loro, and utility player Dennis Iguma as the club continues to beef up ahead of the new season.
