DR Congo and Togo will clash in the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Group C game at the Stade de Port-Gentil in the Gabonese city of Port-Gentil on Tuesday.

Kick-off is at 22h00 (EAT).

DR Congo are half way into the quarter finals  after going unbeaten in their first two games.

The Leopards held Ivory Coast to a 2-2 draw in their previous Group C game in Oyem on Friday.

Togo must win and hope Ivory Coast beat Morocco to secure progression to the quarter finals.

Sparrow Hawks were beaten 3-1 by Morocco in the previous Group C match having picked out an impressive draw aganist holders Ivory Coast in the first game.

Togo coach,Claude Le Roy will be hoping that former Arsenal and Crystal Palace striker Emmanuel Adebayor will fire his side into the last eight.

Marheu Dossevi is another Togo player that Sparrow Hawks will be looking upon.The Greece-based winger will be hoping to inspire his side to an important victory over DR Congo.

DR Congo are only a point ahead of second placed Morocco but coach Florence Ibenge is aware of the fact that his side need to put a nice show inorder to progress.

In the previous match DR Congo scored through Neeskens Kebano and Junior Kabagana. Both players are expected to again cause mayhem at Togolese goalmounth hence they are the key players at the side.

Kabananga has been one of the best players in this year’s Nations Cup finals having netted two goals for Leopards.Congolese team will be prating for his good form to continue and help Leopards beat Sparrow Hawks.
