The stallions of Burkina Faso moved to top of Group I standings after their 3:1 victory against Angola in their opening AFCON 2019 qualifier at the August 4th stadium in Ouagadougou.
The hosts took the lead early in the 22nd minute of the match courtesy of Asec Mimosa danger man Aristide Bance before Gelson equalized for the Palanca Negras.
Burkina Faso regained the lead in the 42nd minute courtesy of an Aristide Bance spot kick and on loan Chelsea striker Bertrand Traore completed the route in the 79th minute.
