Africa Cup of Nations winners Cameroon have jumped a massive 29 steps to sit at the 33rd position in the latest FIFA rankings released .
The five times African champions are now 3rd in the continent after moving from the 12th position in Africa.
This has been realized after their triumph over giants and number one ranked country Egypt where they were crowned the African Cup of nations champions last week in Gabon
Egypt meanwhile moved up 12 places globally to take the top spot on the continent and sit in 25th place on the world list.
Nations Cup quarter-finalists Senegal, the top African side last month, are second in Africa and 31st overall.
