Kenyan prolific striker Allan Wanga belives his Sudanese side Al Mereikh are capable of upsetting Tunisia giants Esperance when the two sides clash on Saturday in a CAF Champions League match away in Tunis.
Wanga speaking to Soka25east.com exclusively before his team departed Khartoum at 1 am further intimated that nothing was impossible since they had already known the strenghts and weaknesses of their opponents whom they beat 1-0 in Khartoum in the first leg.
“I feel we can make it away in Tunisia since nothing is impossible in football.Esperance are a good side but we will not entirely be wary about them on the pitch by giving them too much respect. The mood in camp is buoyant and if we can build on the win we got at home i belive we can get good results”
“I know its going to be a tall order but i am happy we have trained well and every player is looking forward to the game which to us is like a final and a must win match for us.Personally i would like to score as usual and make a mark for my team as we endevour to continue with the great perfomance we have had so far”Wanga told soka25east.com
Allan Wanga has been a key player for Esperance since joining from Kenyan side AFC Leopards. He has scored crucial goals and will be one of the dependable players against Esperance.
